📦 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
Sale or discounted items
Swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits
Jewelry and beauty products
Items marked as Final Sale
🔁 Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? No problem!
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of purchase.
Our customer service team will confirm item availability.
Send the item back through the courier of your choice or bring it to one of our branches.
Once received and approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement item.
💳 Return Process & Store Credit
We currently offer store credit only (no cash refunds).
Credit will be issued via a promo code valid for use on your next order.
Credit will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item or defect), we’ll cover all shipping costs.
📍 Return Drop-Off Locations
You may also return items in person at any Vanilla Wear branch. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original condition.
